2021 multifamily sales volume was about $237 billion! Quick math…assuming 75% of that volume was brokered transactions at an average fee of 1%, over $1.78 billion of fees were generated…and if all brokers donated at least 10% to charity, nearly $180 million would be raised…wow! That would be incredible! Is that too much to ask?
