ERA is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its team and grow their career in Atlanta. The Senior Analyst will participate in all facets of the sales execution process, including touring properties with team members, combining financial data with market intel to create compelling offering materials as well as proposals presented to clients. The Senior Analyst will use financial models to underwrite potential investments as well as using the financial data to create a compelling investment thesis.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with senior team members in the formulation and execution of goals and objectives

• Excellent writing skills used in the creation of marketing materials related to the Property and Submarket

• Analyze historical financial data to underwrite potential investments utilizing Microsoft Excel

• Create forward-looking cash flows evaluating property investment viability

• Review and analyze various real estate documents including leases, rent rolls, tax summaries

• Ability to present results to team members in a timely and detailed manor

• Review and analyze market data including the tracking of sales data and rental trends across various Sunbelt markets

• Participate in the creation of pitch materials and offering memorandum

 

Qualifications:

• A four-year college degree

• 3 – 5 years of applicable real estate and/or finance work experience

• Understanding of complex financial metrics including IRR, NPV, Discounted Cash Flows

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work hard and thrive in a focused, team environment

• Self-starter who can achieve team goals and objectives with minimal oversight
